Students will receive all the information on the organization of their arrival in France once they are selected; accommodation, transportation, social security, etc. via our platform dedicated to international students. They have the possibility to book a room at CROUS or in one of the private residences in Valenciennes with which the UPHF has several agreements and/or contacts.
Students will have the opportunity to register for the "buddy system" in place and be invited, to welcome, information and discovery sessions including, a presentation of the University and the various services offered to students (health center, leasures, associations, etc.).
They will be supervised by the teaching team and particularly by the linguistic teaching manager and the disciplinary manager who will meet each student regularly.
The persons in charge of the Bienvenue en France label and the secretariat also ensure a privileged link with students for all organizational questions.
