The CUEF assists its students with all the necessary information about their arrival and stay (accommodation, transportation, insurance, everyday life etc.). For accommodation, CUEF helps students book a room in one of UGA's preferred partner student residences.
The UGA is labeled “Welcome to France” and offers a large number of services to the students: digital services, access to numerous libraries, community life, cultural and sports activities, social and health services, etc.
These services are located in a single place, the University House of Student Services (MUSE). In this location, international students benefit from a privileged welcome desk, the International students and scholar’s office (ISSO).
An online student portal presents all this information: https://etudiant.univ-grenoble-alpes.fr/francais/accueil-1352293.kjsp
The students also have the chance to join a university sponsorship system, the "buddy system," where they will be paired with a local student.
