The institution offers the following programmes:

- Bachelor of Technology (BUT) – Chemistry
- Bachelor of Technology (BUT) – Biological Engineering (option Medical Biology and Biotechnology or Food Sciences and Biotechnology)
These university degrees allow students to either pursue a Master's degree or enter the job market as technicians or assistant engineers in research laboratories or industries. They are national degrees*. Bachelor's degrees offer a higher proportion of theoretical teaching, while Bachelor of Technology degrees focus more on practical training.
