At the International Relations Office, a dedicated department is responsible for supporting international students to ensure a smooth transition into university life. The Inbound Student Officer assists students from the beginning of their mobility project even before arrival, guiding them through each step: administrative procedures, accommodation reservation, travel and practical information.
Upon arrival, integration begins with Welcome Week, supported by the International Relations Office and the Welcome Club, combining guidance for practical matters, such as opening a bank account and obtaining social security, with social activities and events, helping students connect with French and international peers.
Student associations organise a wide range of activities, fostering a vibrant cultural and sporting environment through strong partnerships with regional institutions and events.
Throughout the year, students will be supported by the International Relations team as well as the Language Teaching staff. Regular one-to-one progress meetings will favour academic development and overall well-being.
