Sorbonne Paris Nord helps students obtain all the necessary information regarding their arrival, including recommendations on accommodation, transportation, social security, and more. Students also have the opportunity to join the mentor system, where they will be supported by a local student. Welcome and information sessions are organized to introduce them to the university and its services, as well as to offer a tour of the campuses and Paris.

Throughout their stay at the university, students will receive ongoing support from the entire teaching team, particularly from the language instructor and the academic coordinator, who will meet with each student monthly to discuss their progress. They will also be assisted by an administrative coordinator to help them with their arrival and integration process.
