PRESENTATION

CIDEF-UCO is situated in Angers, a middle-size town in the Loire Valley, 1.5 hour from Paris. At CIDEF-UCO, we have extensive experience in welcoming international students, in helping them adapt to their new environment and take full advantage of their experience. Our campus is ideally located in the city center and offers a friendly learning environment.

As an international student, you can enjoy activities such as cooking classes, visits to museums and factories. You can also visit the region and places of interest such as the Loire Valley castles. Studying at CIDEF-UCO makes you discover the French system and French life altogether.

STUDENT SERVICES

CIDEF-UCO has a dedicated administrative team that will guide students in their administrative procedures before and upon arrival. The university has a student housing service to help you find accommodation in Angers. Depending on your needs and wishes, you may choose to stay with a French family, at a student residence or at an independent studio/apartment. Our administrative team can also help you with your application for student housing allowances.

As an international student, you will be offered a guided tour of our campus and of the city, so you can quickly and easily get familiar with your new environment.

You can also choose from a variety of activities and visits to discover more about France and French culture.

You will also benefit from individual support from a pedagogical manager through monthly meetings to discuss your progress and to give you tools and advice for successful studies in France.
