PRESENTATION OF THE INSTITUTION

For 35 years, the International Institute for Image and Sound, 3iS, has been preparing students for careers in the creative industries: cinema & television, sound & music, performing arts, video games, animation, acting, as well as audiovisual & digital communication.

This cross-disciplinary approach is one of the school’s strengths, enabling students to interact on cross-disciplinary projects and enhancing their skills and personal creativity. Professional integration is at the heart of the 3iS educational offer. Thanks to innovative teaching methods, as well as the group’s long-standing links with companies and key players in the cultural and creative sectors, the school offers exclusive work-linked learning schemes adapted to each student’s professional projects and career choice.

3iS is the only school in the cinema, audiovisual and sound sectors to award both a diploma approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and professional qualifications registered by the government (RNCP). After experiencing the classes internationales, 3IS welcomes future talents in 5 campuses all over France, such as Paris Ouest, Bordeaux, Lyon, Nantes and Avignon.
