3iS Education

3iS facilitates additional orientation workshops and programs for new international students, such as a student orientation week. The student orientation week is organized at the start of the school year, with a special welcome for international students. Cultural visits and themed evenings are organized throughout the week as well as workshops on social security, transportation, visa application general information, opening a bank account, and tour of the campuses. The students also have the chance to join the "buddy system," where they will be paired with a local student for further support and cultural exchanges.

Moreover, 3iS sets up various student engagement programs and activities including cultural trips to Paris, Versailles, Bordeaux with visits to exhibitions, museums, etc... but also parties, themed evenings, ping-pong tournaments, cinema evenings, which are organized during the whole year. Indian candidates in the International Class are invited to participate in clubs and events both on and off campus throughout the school year. Students will have access to numerous extracurricular events, such as weekly film clubs, monthly masterclasses with renowned profiles, as well as parties and meet-ups, which will enable them to integrate easily.

Each year, clubs or initiatives participate in the animation of the campuses and are an integral part of the student experience: student office, Cinema Club, Music Club, Beekeeping Club, Photography Club, ESport, Association for the Environment… Students can freely engage within an existing community or create their own project. These clubs or initiatives allow them to come together around common interests, consolidate their network, and acquire real human and professional experience.

Numerous events also punctuate school life: 3iS Fest, 3iS Days, Game-Jam, workshops and international challenges with partners, end-of-year gala, etc.

Throughout their time at 3iS, the International Class students will be supported by the entire International Department and by the teaching staff, who will be in touch with them on a regular basis to discuss their progress. So they will benefit from the support of the school, which is specifically tailored to their needs as international students all throughout their studies.

The 3iS Paris West campus has its own student residence with 200 fully-furnished studios, just a few meters from the school. To make the process easier for its international students, 3iS has set up a “housing package” specifically for them, guaranteeing them access to a comfortable furnished apartment in the immediate vicinity, as soon as they enrol in the program of their choice at 3iS Paris West. Our student residence also offers additional services such as regular cleaning and linen changes, a gym, a relaxation room and a cinema. Events such as ping-pong tournaments and themed evenings are frequently organized to ensure a rich student life. Welcoming and integrating our students are key priorities. Finally, our residence and its management team provide 24/7 surveillance, with access exclusively limited to tenants, all of whom are students at 3iS. We listen, understand and respond to the multiple needs and requirements of our students, whose safety is an absolute priority.
